As our kids have gotten bigger, we realize we need a bigger camper so I thought I'd offer our current camper for sale here to see if any members are interested.
I have an 04 Okanagan Eclipse 5th wheel camper. Everything works. Just added a brand new AC unit that is under warranty for another 11 months. Queen in neck and a dinette and couch that converts to beds. Both converted beds will sleep a small adult or kid easily and could sleep 4 young kids. Sleeps total of 4-6 people.
Camper has no slide outs which makes for a smaller footprint which was what we wanted when we bought this a few years ago. This is a perfect camper for someone looking for a hunting camper; small footprint and easy to pull. There are no and have never been any leaks. Awning is approx 14' and in excellent condition. All appliances work as expected. There are 2 solar panels that trickle charge the new battery. Two 20 pound propane tanks. Microwave, stereo with aux plug. Enclosed bathroom with shower. Plumbing all works. Only issue is the kitchen sink which has a crack in the one side. I repaired it with epoxy and it is now fixed but the crack repair is a bit off-color. Also, the wheel well flare is cracked. I have added a screw to keep in place where the crack is and will repair with epoxy to keep it from breaking further.
Camper books for average retail of $7990. I just invested $1300 in adding an AC unit so I'm asking $9000. Camper is in MT but I could possibly deliver it.
I will try to post pics but pm or email if they aren't posted.

The floor section is 16 feet long and the neck adds another 6 feet.

It is very easy to pull. Travels and trails well and the truck doesn't "feel" the trailer.
I did get some interior pictures and will get them uploaded to photobucket and posted here.

Rear view showing the coated windows which greatly cuts down on the interior temps in the summer.

Bump for the evening group.
Nice clean non-smoking trailer for sale here.
Depending upon where you are, I may be able to deliver or arrange partial delivery to you.
Ask away any questions. The kids are really itching for a bigger camper.

This looks like a very nice smaller rig - talking with wife about the features - thinking about distance and $$.

Couple points I failed to mention are that there is a kingpin extender installed on this camper. This effectively moves the point of kingpin attachment forward of the camper. Works to move the neck of the camper further away from the cab of the truck which is handy for shortbed pickups.
I also have all the paperwork for the camper. Original manuals, for the camper and its components (furnace, water heater, AC, fridge etc.) are in hand.
