That'll kill alotta schit and punch alotta tags.
The rear focus is unobtrusive and there,if you ever wish to dabble different. Again, that isn't to stretch pokes(where good habits and consistent cheekwelds nip parallax)...but to thread needles up rather close. As per my applications, that denotes Rimfire Fun.
Poke the Fixed Phuqqer MQ 6x on 300yds and it's exceptionally forgiving. Many would likely never touch it again..................

be sure that if it works for those that actually shoot more than a whole lot, that'll work for you too. The reverse can not be said, and therein lies the rub..... Once again as long as people crow over "glass" and "optics" we'll continue to have scopes that don't hold zero, don't track, aren't durable, have compromised ergos, and generally suck. Good thing no one actually shoots anymore.
Good stuff!

I can see just fine with the Meopta and the Zeiss Conquest. I used to think highly of you now not so much.

Form, out of curiosity, how many scopes have you used that perform to your standards/requirements ? Specifically which ones, besides Nightforce, Mk fixed powers and the SWFA SS's ?

I can dig Leupold 6x's for true lightweights. Leupold's MK8 1.1-8x's are solid. S&B's fixed 10x are good. The vast majority of scopes if actually used, fail.

With all due respect, and I mean that sincerely, your requirements/demands are most likely 10 times greater (probably far more even) than any hunter would ever require.

I require that my rifles/scopes stay zeroed and adjust correctly at all times. Pretty sure that is what scopes are supposed to do.
It's easy to claim that [insert favorite scope] works great.... When you don't shoot.

That's like a decade of GrimJim shooting.
If she lives to be 1000...she'll still be light years shy of a clue.................(grin)

That is mostly the point, in that most people have jobs, families and such and literally don't have the time in their days to shoot 100,000 rds of ammo a month. "Eye [bleep]" glass is a moot point.

The less that ANY goods are used, the more "equal" they are.
Joe Average ain't a barometer of much, other than how to obliviously arrange humor................

Unfortunately, Joe average is who the scope manufactures respond (cater) to.

However...one can spend "X" amount of clams and get VERY different results.
Folks really should be taking notes.................(hint)

A bit late here, but I'd recommend the Meopta Meopro 6x42 or if you can find one, a Swarovski PF 6x42. Have both and really like them.

Never heard of them before; seems like they go for about $1300 or more. Mk8's 3 to 4.6 thousand... ARGG

The Bushnell Elite LRHS is a better bet for a hunting rig.

Potentially. So far it's fine with only a few hundred rounds, but we're going to replace the POS rings and flog the hell out of it next week.
