Go to Calguns.net and read the FAQ's there. Their buy and sell board for guns is down right now but do a search for "Lowers in Sacramento" and I'm sure you'll find more than a few dealers there.

look up Cold War Shooters (I think it is www.coldwarshooters.com). He was/is very active in supplying lowers to California and has all the answers. Great guy to deal with as well with a great selection. good luck, Keith

Also there is river City gun exchange on Fruitridge just west of 24 thSt in Sacto. I bought my Kaly legal there and was very happy, excpet for the whole 10 round thing.
