I see they released a new one in 2014 I guess shipping in the fall. The little 3 ounce T1 I have is really very good with both eyes open looking at it instead of peeping thru it. Anyone seen a T2 yet? Wonder what is different?

They claim a new coating on the lens and more rugged internals. Not sure how much more rugged they could make them. To me it looks like a new housing design and lens caps. I doubt I'll be selling my current Aimpoint micro to get one.

I'm looking forward to the used market on T1's once the T2's are available. I need an RDS and want the micro but have no need for the latest and greatest like so many do. I'm hoping for a flood of them to be available much like when Aimpoint released the 2 MOA dots and there were a lot of good deals on the 4 MOA models.
