When did they start putting them on as factory equipment? My neighbor has an '04 with a M/T. They say theirs doesn't have it but I thought it was stock at that time.

They started coming standard on the 6.7s in '07.5
They were available as a dealer installed option prior to that.

sounds about right. My 06 didn't and my mechanic's 07 did. Of course, it also came with all the emissions crap that drove him ape-sh** crazy.
