Do you guys get depressed reading & discussing events that will be imposed upon us regardless of how we feel about them?
I've stop watching news a few years ago. It's all BS opinion gussied up to appear factual.
I was told yesterday that Obama has declared war on Syria w/o congressional approval. He's become totalitarian dictator & no one cares.
What does Obama think he's going to achieve by creating another enemy? And let's not forget that he campaigned in '08 on getting us out of Iraq & Afghanistan & ending torture. So he lied. We had figured he was a liar. After all, he's a politician. However, he has exacerbated his lies by creating more enemies for us.
We shoulda elected Ron Paul. He understood the concept of blowback. And yes, we create a lot of our problems; well, our politicians do. And don't forget that Syria has a large population of Christians. But then again, Christians have been indiscriminately murdered since Christ...and no one cares.
I'd rather watch reruns of Foghorn-Leghorn.

Yes I get depressed when I reflect on what the American people have become. Very much so. We are going to save the world for democracy around the globe but murder 50 million innocent in the womb while sodomites teach first graders how mommy has a girlfriend. My wife, the encouragement of the scriptures and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit keep me on my feet. But naturally speaking, the American experiment seems wedded to death at this point.
Done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven.

We know how the whole story ends, but it's hard to not get too worked up about the decline of our civilization.
and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? (Micah 6:8)
