Sort of a "Who's your daddy" litter. I have been wanting to make myself a Bowie, and another member instigated the smaller blades. Thoughts and comments appreciated. Tim

Very nice. In the 7-8 inch range? Should be perfect. Going with a coffin style handle?

Yeah, probably put stag or elk on for scales.
I did two variations in the front half of the blade. Straight line down to tip on one, curved up a little on the other. I will see which I like best when get the guards on and have the specific handle scales to study on. Probably sell the other one.

Now that you mention that slight difference, the one on the right does have a more classic look to it IMO.

As to the coffin style, no I believe that has angled shape and I will be doing straight one inch wide handle. But you got me thinking. Tim
