Expressive of hidden motives or purposes; shifty 1. characterized by stealth; sly and secretive 1. taken, done, used, etc., surreptitiously or by stealth; secret: a furtive glance. 2. sly; shifty: a furtive manner. So, now it's ok for LE to shoot someone for just looking sly or shifty??? You didn't use logic or reason to get into this opinion, I cannot use logic or reason to get you out of it.
