http://www.smh.com.au/world/califor...-roof-from-intruder-20140926-10mos9.htmlOnly in california where guns are so restricted can a burglar be so bold. You need permission from the local sheriff to have a ccw.here in ak that guy would have a couple rounds through his forehead case we all got guns. Might happen in new york also...

for the record you have to apply to the county sheriff in Montana but concealed carry only applies within city limits and you can write on the forum that you dont want to fill out the Form 4473 anymore and get a sheriff to sign off on your CCW application....i know cause thats what my ex put down as her explanation for wanting one

you can write on the forum that you dont want to fill out the Form 4473 anymore You can write anything you like on any FORM you like, but if you buy a gun from an FFL dealer you WILL fill out a 4473

i know, but you dont have to wait on the call....just saying the sheriffs rubber stamp your application for the most part and that is what she wrote down on her Montana CCW application...in Montana with a CCW you fill out the form and walk out the door...doesnt matter if the feds system is down or whatever your walking out the door with your gun...

i know, but you dont have to wait on the call. That's the NICS check, not the 4473 Two totally different things Many states allow that since the Sheriff has already verified your background

i know, but you dont have to wait on the call. That's the NICS check, not the 4473 Two totally different things Many states allow that since the Sheriff has already verified your background once again i know that but that is not what she put down on her form applying for her CCW.....its a rubber stamp process for the most part, you can put anything short of "to shoot my neighbor" down and if you pass the basic background check you get your CCW....like i said you only need one inside city limits anyway, the law is written so it isnt brought up outside of town to protect hunters and ranchers putting on and taking off coats out in the field during the day....plus open carry is legal with out a CCW...so yeah our local sheriff has to sign off and Montana and Cali are far from the only states with this... yeah its phuggin ridiculous how hard it is to get one in parts of Cali, if anything that video should be feather in the hat for those saying just that in Cali, a woman cowering on her roof while the burglar follows her on looking for her..
