Which is best color for all around use? I suspect amber is that good assumption? Thanks.

I've had em all and much prefer the green as we have a lot of red/orange/yellow in our fall colors.

I have the 1-4 w/ green on an AR 5.56. I think it is amazing and has greatly enhanced my acquistion speed and accuracy out to 400 yards.

I think orange or green should are equally good choices.

I've tried them all many times and, for me, the green is the best as the others always appear to be "easier to lose", if that makes sense. I have never had to search for the green it seems.

I had green and my sub-par eyes had trouble focusing on it. I had Trijicon change it to amber and I am much happier.

I've got the 1-4x24 with a German No. 4 with green dot on my AR. Love it! I found mine on Gunbroker.com, used of course, for less than $500.

I'm color blind and the green stands out the best so that's what I choose with the German#4
