Swarovski sponge... Swarovski is always very helpfull any time I call I have sent mine back two times just for cleaning and up dates never any problems great people to. They never answered the phone pour you call back they will take care of you.

Swaro sets the standard for customer service, even if the phone goes unanswered occasionally.

Swarovski has some of the best service in the industry, in my experience.

I lost a scope cap once. Sent them an email and they sent me a replacement. It was the wrong one lol. I emailed them back and they s nt the correct one. Both no charge.
