Should have thought about that myself, as I have his collet body die for bested cases.

The collet die, above, is your solution assuming you have not lengthened the case, but are not sizing enough to push the shoulder back.

A last ditch fix might be, assuming the die is hitting the shell holder, would be to grind just a bit off the face of the shell holder to allow the case to go slightly deeper in to the die. I would then buy another shell holder and save the modified one for future problem cases.

This is where a $35 hornady head space measuring kit is worth twice the price. You can check brass before and after reszing. I've bought once fired brass many times only to find although it was once fired it was fired in more than one chamber. Belted mag chambers vary alot.
Its either a situation of not getting the shoulder pushed back...or the swelling above the belt. You can usually see scratches in the case where it sticks if its just above the belt. Plus when they sticke because of swelling above the belt....they really stick....as in needing to be tapped out w/a cleaning rod.
