This is from Judicial Watch. They may not be perfect, but they do have a pretty good track record. One source tells us that the Obama administration is keeping this plan secret from Congress. Of course he does. He and those who run him are determined to raise Ebola to crisis levels in the US. The stated purpose being charitable is merely for plausible deniability purposes when the outbreak gets out of hand ("We had the very best of intentions").
You know we have Project Wildfire (Andromeda Strain) type facilities in the US where we could be putting these patients, too, instead of placing them in public general hospitals, for crying out loud.

Not to mention his plan to keep bringing ebola to this country. He brought in enterovirus 68 with the Central Americans where it is endemic. It has killed more than a few of us and two were kids. No telling how many here will be infected with TB from there also. They don't have to pass health screenings to be placed in schools as US kids do.
