My cottontails are pushed by a small pack of beagles so my 1968 A5 20 gauge will get the bulk of this hunting.
Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

Stoger SxS 20 guage with 22" barrels, Imp and Mod chokes. Short, handy, and I don't care too much if it has to go through a patch of thorns or gets leaned against a barbed wire fence.
1oz of #5's is my preferred small game load.

Ain't seen enough rabbits around here in years to even consider shooting the few that we still have.
That's a shame, too, as they are TASTY!
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

If it's not raining or snowing I use my Colt Woodsman Match Target (1938) pistol. Otherwise it's my Marlin 39A.
Fall seven times, stand up eight.

Another vote for the 39A. That rifle just makes me happy whenever I bring it along.

I'm jealous of you guys that can use a center fire for small game. If it was legal in AR I'd really enjoy hunting with the little Marlin .218 Bee.

I run beagles, so normally it is a 20 gauge Ithaca 37 and sometimes a 37 in 16 gauge.

If I get to go, I'll use my first gun. A Win 37 16ga, just makes me happy to tote it. Been using it for 56 years.

My first firearm was a Winchester M37 .410 single shot. I tore up the squirrels and rabbits for several years with that little gun. I even managed to hit an occasional quail with it.
