spied this 1892 32 long/short at lgs. asked to see it, glad I checked it out, was left loaded. lgs owner pretty embarrassed. anyway. took it out to shoot today, great little round. was able to break those clays over the stone wall in the distance with the rounds that came with it. now to do some reloading and find a bit more 32 short/long colt brass.

That's new to me. Looks like a nice rifle too.

I have had one of these and broke the bolt (a weak link) when using reloads. From my limited experience keep the loads mild. Secondly the 32 original rounds had a heel type bullet similar to a 22lr. It took me years to find the correct bullet mold (pre Ebay days) and would suggest starting the search as it may take awhile to find one.
