I don't care that much for Krauthammer but he was right last night. If the Republicans are smart, they'll send Obama a bill a week or something like that. Obviously, many of them will be vetoed, but they will control the agenda and the news.
Obviously, the political danger to that is that Obama WILL sign some of them into law and he and the Democrats get to take credit for Republican bills. But, if that happens, so be it. DON'T play politics on things that could be done because you are afraid of giving Obama some good press.
They should vote to repeal Obamacare, then let him veto it. Then they should take it apart piecemeal, one piece at a time and make him veto each of those bills. Some of them he wouldn't and some of them they might be able to get a veto proof bi-partisan majority.
If they're smart, the remaining Dems will be looking to their own futures and a Hilary run, they might well take a chance to slap down Obama and distance themselves from his legacy as that he and his legacy are pure political poison right now.
