Have a new to me LH SS CZ model 3 270 WSM need some good load sugestions.
Have 130 to 150 gr bullets hoping to use 150 gr bullets. Have RL 17, 4350, RL 19 , RL 22 & H 4831 Std primers or Magnum?
Seems to have a short throat and fairly accurate with limited testing. Fed factory 150 gr, not so great with Rem Peters 130 gr factory.

Not a powder you have listed but of my model 70 classic 73.5gr mag pro, 140gr accubond, cci 250 or 69.0gr mag pro, 150gr partition, rem 91/2 mag
Mine has a short throat as well
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

RL 17 is my favorite powder for my 270 wsm, delivers top speeds and best accuracy.

A caseful of RL-17 and a 130gr Accubond both beats factory speeds and shoots one hole groups in my Featherweight. I use CCI-250 for all my WSM loads.

I settled on 140's in my 270 WSM...I split the difference. RL-22 was very accurate with 140's and I venture that it would also be with your 150's as well.
Having said that I shoot RL-25 in mine for a tad more speed.

I have never been able to duplicate factory loads in my M70, even factory loads run slow in my gun, factory wincheter 150 gr loads run 3060, I get 2980 with 57.5 gr RL 17 and the Nosler 150 gr partition. 63 gr RL 17 gets me 3285 with the Barnes 130 gr xlc, moly coated. The Nosler bullet shoots groups that average 3/4 inch so I am not going to complain about the speed.

I love rl17 in my 270 wsm. In my first 270 wsm I couldn't come close to factory speeds but now with rl17 I get an avg of 3420 fps with 129 lrx and shoot 0.5"-0.75" moa in my rifle. 270 and 300 wsm are my favorite guns to shoot and reload if I have rl17.

Got my best accuracy with MagPro under the 160 grain partitions.
Yeah, magnum primers.
I messed with RL 19, RL 22, H4831, 7828, maybe some others with 110 VMAXex plus 130s and 150s without getting any accuracy I was happy with.

Tried RL 17 with 150 Gr NP 58 - 60 gr RP Cases CCI 250 no chrono best around 1.5" sign of pressure at 60 gr. Tried the 130 GR Nosler Partition 60 to 62 of RL 17 pressure sign at 62 Gr. About 1.25". Tried one load of 130 Gr Barnes TSX around 2".

I've tried and chronographed everything from RL25 to H4350 in my 270WSM but settled on H1000 because it gave the best accuracy. Velocity might be down 50fps on some powders, but hell, accuracy with 140gn Accubonds is outstanding.

I'm using 68.5 grains of old 7828 and a 130 NBT. That's at or over listed maximums depending who you ask, but strolls along at close to 3300 fps in my 24" barrelled Kimber Montana.
Life begins at 40. Recoil begins at "Over 40" Coincidence? I don't think so.

I have used both RL22 and MagPro in my .270 WSM, with good results. My favorite load at present uses RL22 and Nosler's E-Tip, 130 gr., with a MV of 3300 fps and great accuracy.

66 gr RL-22 and a 130 tsx or NAB gets me 3,275. Very accurate.
