I suspect this is from the Wife. What this means is that she wants something and you're balking. She is holding the guns you have as a hostage for future negotiations, knowing that if she brings those up that it's the "nuclear option", and she's warning you of that now.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

I've been equated with the current crop from there; they don't say much to buck their meal ticket until they have their papers and enough goods to keep the gravy train flowing.
