Absolutely, still need the permit to possess but G&F changed the law to allow once permits were commonly available.

I think it's a federal one but don't have one so going by memory of threads on local sites. I was at the recommendation meetings when they changed the rules on suppressors and mag capacity. If you have a legal permit for a suppressor you can hunt with it.
