Sorry to hear you didn't draw, maybe next year. I'd planned on trying for a fall turkey but while scouting and muzzleloader hunting for deer I didn't see a single turkey in the area they were in this spring. Guess I'll have to wait till next spring also.

Hey Jeff - Whaddya gonna do? If I can break away enough to get into the woods after whitetail a few times, I will be one happy son of a gun. Last spring was a bust for turkeys, but at least my bud got a jake that made for some nice white meat and neck soup! So, I've got no complaints, just continue to marvel how lucky we are to have those crazy birds back in the woods providing sport, fascination and, at times, good eatin'.
