T-post brackets are the first choice just due to the simplicity. For a more reactive target, I go with a conveyor belt or firehose hanger of some sort.

My targets are hung in a similar manner, although my "range" only goes out to 400yds. I have a 16" AR500 square at 400, suspended from screw-in hooks in front of a large tree. The others at 200/300 yards are on the little rebar swing-sets. Most of them are 10" and 12" plates, although I also have a 15" plate at 200yds that I paint several small dots on to check rifle zeros periodically. All are AR500.
