My oldest daughter will be going to college next year. Not sure where yet but I thought I'd share the acceptance letter from one school. All I really want to point out is the highlighted area. You might have to hit reply to enlarge the photo. Thanks guys. She's an excellent student and is very passionate about everything she does. In this day and age, a school that would give a "Bravo" to a young lady claiming to be a gun activist along with a 96K scholarship would be hard to beat.

To me there is no greater pride as a parent than having a child that has the courage and self confidence to be themselves even when society at large is at odds with your child's beliefs.
I'd venture to say she'll continue to make you proud. And I can also say as parent who's oldest daughter went off to college a few years ago, you'll be missing her when she's gone off, and giving her a great big hug when she comes home for the holidays. (Can't wait to hold my baby girl when she gets back in a few weeks)
