Anyone know of anyplace that has either Rio bismuth or Kent Tungsten polymer shells available? Have a friend that wants to do some duck/goose hunting and his only shotgun is a Ithaca 12 gauge that has a fixed full choke.

I am guessing it is 2 3/4" gun since Cabelas has both bismuth and tungsten matrix in 3". It seems that a lot of the place are out of stock on factory safe non-tox alternatives. So you could either reload the shells yourself. Or your friend could have the choke on his Ithaca reamed out to Lite Mode. or Mod. and shoot steel through it. The third option would to acquire a different open choked barrel and shoot steel through that but that is dependent on the serial number of his gun.

Thanks for the link.
It is a older Ithaca, but I will check on the serial number.
It is just a 2 3/4 inch chambered gun

Macks Prairie Wings has a few 2 3/4" Tungsten Matrix loads available. I'd look at the 5's but the 3's would work in a pinch.
