Does anybody know how to get ahold of anybody at gunbroker? My credit card expired 4 years ago in their computer and I have been locked out ever since. I have used their customer support email and never received a response. I can't make up a fake name or address because it involves purchasing and sale of guns. I am out of ideas???

Good luck, you will be talking to a computer program designed by the kids you used to beat up on the playground in grade school. Trying to find a live person there is impossible. Kind of makes you wish you were nicer to those nerds in school...

Good luck, indeed. My elderly FFL friend is locked out of his account and has been for a couple of years now. They seem to claim that he has duplicate accounts so they padlocked that one. But they send another notice of an unpaid invoice every month. We can not view the invoice because it is under a different Used ID/Password. We've had no luck getting them to respond intelligently.

Thank you for the humor and the help. That is exactly what happened to me. I guess I can't use it. Oh well. It is very irritating, but out of my control. Al least I know I'm not alone.

It recognizes everything. I have tried everything. Wife's name, different email. I would have to lie about every part. I think it recognizes my computer some how.I don't know how to fool it ???
