Actually those prices aren't way out of line, but definitely on the high side. The guy who is loading the custom stuff must value his time pretty highly. A lot of that older factory ammo falls into the "collectable" realm these days. Yet another reason I'm glad I load my own.

The 257 Weatherby stuff is a good price but $270 for 20 rounds of 25-35 I'll have to pass on.

Depends on where/when they were made and condition of the box. They might be a steal at that price. I have several boxes of .22s that I paid over $150 apiece for many years ago when I was heavy into that sort of thing. (The recent .22 shortage almost wiped out my investment!)
