Police said he was not only stabbed, but run over by a vehicle as well. The 44-year old victim was found in a field off of Harrison Road, just west of Beeville. He was taken to Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital for treatment. The suspects in the case, Belinda Brown and Kevin Griffin, were arrested a short time later. There has been no word yet as to what prompted the violence.
