Of course, the cop is at fault, because of the 1,112th bad choice this guy made was not getting tackled by "them" and getting the schit kicked out of him for resisting....then lawyering up, because he's got rights. For those who like to give perfect 20/20 hindsight assessments, it can be like reasoning with a rogue tiger at the zoo....
