It's official I will be moving again. Back to work and on with the grind. I really didn't think the inability to go sit down and listen to "real" live country music would wear on me but it did. Lots of that now.

So that's my christmas present to myself.

Congratulations and "Back to work slacker"
Hope you found work that keeps you thinking and growing!

Thanks.

I hear TX is full off ass holes a lot. They're about to get one more back.

Congrats. If I were to move, it would more than likely be TX. Since I once lived there, I'm sure I've been afflicted with the azzhole. I should be immune.

Wishing you well.

Merry Christmas!

Well it's double official now as I signed on the dotted line. Getting up and going to work every day is actually going to be a relief from packing and all the other associated stuff I have to accomplish now.

Big job change at 43. No more going to plants at 2am to look and see what someone broke. So big in fact I get off at noon on Fridays now which is going to be a culture shock, but it's not bad when you are going to be living on the edge of the hill country in TX and south TX. The president of the company was suprised I didn't ask for a country club membership which blew me away. After I heard that I should have asked for a hunting lease expense account LOL.

I know what it's like to be out of the work force for a while, and then under employed for a while longer. Glad things are working out for you! Best wishes for the New Year!

I've been on 100% pay paid leave since May and even got my yearly bonus in July. It wasn't that big of a hardship outside of the medical which pretty much ended in May.

I just had time to chase down leads that I am normally too busy for.

Moving up to head an engineering department. We will see. The reason I sold my own business was it took up too much time in the past.
