I love that tourney. Hard working amateurs working their kiester off. USA squeaked by Finland, Canada blew Slovakia away. Canada is the same bracket as the USA. It should be interesting.
Love it!!!!

Canada used to just own this tournament--not so much anymore--been a few years since we even won a medal. Got a good team this year and they clobbered Slovakia but it aint over till the fat lady sings.

I think it is a great tournament as well. The USA has a team full of talent this year as well, so the Canada-USA game will be a good one. Watch out for the Swedes they could easily win it all.

The goalie for the USA was really good in this game and with a 43-28 edge on shots on goal I thought Canada dominated the game. I dont know what the stats are but the Canadian team looks like they are pretty big compared to any team we have played so far.

I've just been watching the CDN games so far.
Funny how McDavid got all the pre tourny attn, but Domi, Duclair and Reinhart are getting it done. That's the best thing about the World Juniors, you never know who is going to rise to the top.

Denmark has to be the surprise of the tournament, they are playing very well. A team with size that matches Canada and a outstanding goal-tender, not the most talented but well coached and lots of spirit.

Canada was pretty dominate but they very nearly blew it in that second period against Russia!

The Slovaks got a lot of support from the crowd, esp the goalie.
Made me proud to see the Canadians being friendly.

That final was some of the best hockey we are likely to see this year. Both of those teams would be a handful for a lot of NHL clubs.
I like it here. They let me swear.
