I found myself in a most unlikely place this week. Sunday AM I woke up early with a tight chest and in a sweat- went to the local ER and long story short got shipped the local hospital. Everything pointed to simple catherization and maybe a stent. But it turns out that I need aterial bypass - so I go under the knife first thing tomorrow. Your prayers would be appreciated

I've felt those same chest pains, as have several others here who've spent time in the cardiac ward. You'll get through it and you'll come out the other side just fine. Good luck, and keep us posted about your progress.
