avoid shooting bone, and use the 90 speer spitzer or the sierra 85 bthp.
These are not loads for settled country as they will sometimes ricochet off frozen ground...

I have had good luck with the Berger bullets, but I have yet to shoot a fox with them though.

Not much experience with Fox. I load the 87 v-max for woodchucks. Got a few at 80 and under, puts them in 2 pieces. 120 or so and over will just put a small entrance hole and turn them to jelly. That's just my experience. haven't got one from 80-120 in a while. They seem to be really close or out a ways... I still wouldn't want to skin one that turned to jelly. What I take out for foxes is a 17hmr/20gr CCI's. Anchors them real well with a small entrance hole.

I'd stick with the 55 BT and a lot of speed, but that's just me.
