My son's little trap line around the house is still producing fur on a fairly regular basis. It's to bad we don't have any nice high dollar pales around here but he's still happy to catch them. He had Rebel along when he ran the line this morning.

Laker, would you mind sharing what you averaged on your coyotes? For October-November coyotes I averaged $65 finished. I haven't sold any of my December-January coyotes yet. Just talked to a guy that got $35 for whole, unskinned yotes this weekend.

Fox taken with .22 Hornet and 46 gr. Horn.. If the hide is suitable, I will tan it for my den.. That's a nice looking red, the hornet is about perfect for fox IMO.

I know a Fox man from VA who uses the same rifle with factory V-Max for night time Reds. Says he gets minimal fur damage.
