you can never go wrong within the RL15, AR Comp, IMR 4895, IMR 4320, Varget, W 748 burn ranges...
Been Playing with TAC, based on JB's reports on it...its also doing a great job...though my experience with it is no where near what it is with the above powders...
if I had to choose just ONE... it would be AR Comp...

I've seen some pretty impressive velocity using H335 in .223 with 75's and a 24" bbl. Varget will shoot groups like Ackleyfan, but nowheres near as fast.
Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

I tried them in my 5.56 and to fit the magazine they had to be seated so deep there was a gap between the case mouth and the bullet ogive. They work well if you load them long and shoot singly though.

Kinda surprised how slow that 25.1 gr is. I was bumping 3,000 at 25gr.

thanks 16 bore.
Pretty crazy the different maxes from book to book. Different chambers, etc, etc.
I havn't tried 335, figured it was faster than optimum for the 75s.
I think I will load some up and some benchmark too out of curiosity.
I have always liked h335's speeds and accuracy but it acts wonky with really cold or hot weather for me and it burns dirty as shicht compared to others. But if thats what shoots, I will deal with it

I've only ever used 335 and tried Varget a few times. Not sure what will work in the Tikka I'm messing with. Don't care either, as long as I get the groups I want and an ample supply.
