I have a few hives and am looking for some books to increase my knowledge, I would like to take this a step or to further and sell some honey. Theres plenty to read out there but I don't want to read them all, whats a good one. Writing here is Prohibited by the authorities.

What applies in your area will be much different than somebody in the south west for example. I raised bees in CA and expect it is quite different in PA. If they survive this winter in good shape, I hope to make splits this year. I have a few books,but the bees just don't seem to be interested. Seriously though, I think that Michael Bush's book, The Practical Beekeeper( 3 volumes) would be excellent. Also,Beesourse forum, is a great source of info. I don't know what state your in, but most have a program through state universities that have some great programs.
