Not really. A woman can be as tough as nails, but still likes to know that somebody is paying attention, which means they aren’t going to tell you everything. If you hear something in a casual conversation, file it in the memory bank, and turn it into a birthday present a couple of months later, it means more than her buying it herself or her having to say “I want” before it clicks in my brain.

If they just sat back and observed for a bit, they would find that's not the case. Also,lots of times women think a guy isn't giving her what she wants(in order for her to put out)because he doesn't understand or isn't paying attention. Truth is, lots of times we just don't care. Sure, some guys want sex 24/7 and will do whatever a woman wants to get it, but some have got over it a bit. I believe most women overestimate their abilities every bit as much or more than men do.
