Always saw the cartridge as a very sensible icon, very happy to have made a kill with it.

Accubond hand load. 75 yards, deer jumped cartwheeled fini. No recovered projectile, round went on thru.

May hunt with my son's 7mm-08 this weekend just for a change from old reliable.
