I own a four Think Tank packs and cases. You will find a couple great options for your Tamron 150-600.

I use the Digital Holster 30 V2.0 to carry my 70D body attached to the Tam 150-600.

I also use the Glass Taxi pack to carry body, Tam 150-600 and other lens/accessories.

Good reviews on Youtube for the Think Tank products.

The most comfortable photo pack I have used is the f-stop Tilopa. I have the large pro ICU in it and the 150-600 attached to a body fits inside. The Lowepro AW350 before was hard on the back for all day use. I have not used a Think Tank pack but do have a 20 v2.0 holster.

I just pulled a crooked horn master guide pack out that I think can be modded to work sweet with the big lens.
