Hello, am new to the forum and Savage model 99s, not new to
firearms, looking at some rifles, thinking about a 99 barrel
band carbine, is there such a 99 barrel band carbine, (99E) with
a straight shotgun factory buttstock, have bee reviewing all
sources, lots of different models, thanks in advance for
any information, Flareman

There were only two models made with a barrel band. The Savage 1895 carbine, and the Savage 99H in the 1930's. The 99H had a straight stock.
