I found some last month by searching on Ammoseek.com, and ordered 500 rounds. Of course you will pay through the nose for it but it's there to be had if you want it.

managed to find 5 boxes of Winchester .22 Mag at a Academy Sports in Birmingham last fall. Gave them to my son for Christmas. He was about out.

I can find some half the time when I go to rapid city, 2 box limit. I have about 12 boxes I'm hoarding, I try to buy whenever I get up there. 12 bucks a box aint all bad these days. I long for the days when it was $5 again, never happen though

i bought a few boxes of cci .22wrf through cabella's last week.
supposedly you can fire it in .22magnum guns, but only single fire in the rifles. Kind of like the relationship of 38special to .357magnum.
kind of curious to see how it works.

Not lately nor often but over the past couple of years I have seen .22 mag on the shelves several more times than I have .22 lr at a couple of local Walmart stores as well as at a local farm supply chain store.

Some AR maker out of FL usually has it in stock, can't recall the name right now for some reason. Been looking for specific sub sonic CCI and they've had it at times, but they almost always show 22 mag of some type in stock.
Its been at our local walmart fairly often too.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

Our Cabelas usually has a steady supply whenever I'm in there. Two box limit though. I have a good supply on hand.
