I use H414 with a 95 gn ballistic tip. I think 39 grains. Built the load for my daughter to deer hunt with for this next year. So far we are just in the testing stage, but I like the results. She's 10 and can keep 5 shots within 4-5 inches at 100 yds.

If you're wanting to use one powder, I'd say Varget. Personally, I'd use the CFE for the light to mid weights and the 4350 for the 90-95s. The burn rate on the CFE would probably be great for the heavier bullets, but there is no data.

For best velocity and accuracy: Varget for 58-75 gr, 4350 for 85 and heavier. We've tried quite a few different bullets in all weight ranges and there was a marked accuracy benefit in the 75's and lighter with Varget, but 4350 takes the cake with 85 and above.

I have shot 37gr. of varget with 85 gr. sierra bthp. with outstanding accuracy. One thing that may or may not be a factor, for you, depeonding on your shooting conditions, is that varget is not temperature sensitive, where IMR 4350 tends to be, especially in extreme cold conditions. I started outshooting IMR4350, with good accuracy, but switched because of this. And over all varget was more accurate.

I use 4895 in the IMR flavor, it drives 55 Grain Combine Tech Ballistic Tips @ 4000fps out of a 24" barrel. It opens up ground hogs with ease and cut an unlucky watermelon in half at 500 yards. Next to no recoil out of a heavy barrel varmint rifle, my 100 pound wife likes to shoot it.
For 95 grain ballistic tips I use IMR4350 and it will get an honest 3000FPS out of a 22" barrel. My father in law took a nice whitetail doe at 300 yards, furthest shot of his life, with my hand loads. She took a few steps and started plowing dirt. Nice clean kill.

Thank you. From that section, I would choose Varget and H414.

I am tempted to suggest any powder you don't have on hand, since that seems to be one of the standard Campfire responses--especially powders that can't be found easily right now, apparently because that indicates something special.
Of the powders you have, I have had the best luck with Varget and lighter bullets, and IMR4350. But why not try Varget, CFE223 and H4895 with lighter bullets, and H414 and IMR4350 with 95's, and see how your rifle responds? Or are your supplies limited?

I have owned a bunch of 243's over the years and nothing beats IMR 4064 in the 243 Win. The powders you have on hand Varget would be the one i would started with.

I have never tried any of the lighter weights but H4350 and IMR 4350 has worked great with 70, 85, 95, and 100 grain bullets in several different .243's.

MD .... Supplies are so-so ... on the powders, i have 2-3 lbs of each. trying to get my hands on the 95 NBT ....seems every time i find them, i go to order and sorry we are sold out. Just trying to narrow things down a bit before i start loading. as you well know, 20+ years ago, there was no such thing as shortages... just short on money ... Thank you.

MM MARK; I've used all your listed powders and more, except the CFE223; ALL will give you excellent/optimum accuracy and velocity with the bullet weights listed. You just have to work at the right combination for your particular rifle[s]. That's what handloading is about.
