This one is my favorite. It's a Savage Anschutz M-184. Shoots High Velocity Hollow Points into a dime size group at 50 yards with about any ammo I have tried.

A little different 22 LR. Anschutz mounted in a XLR aluminum chassis with a Nightforce compact NXS on top with a can. [img:center] [/img]
Don't mess with me, I'm too old to fight, too fat to run, so I going to have to kill you.

Yes, very nice. How's it shoot? Dave.

For just fun shooting I prefer mine and my wife's 39A Marlins There is also a D and a couple M's in there. My better half will go out in some nasty weather if it involves riding the 4 wheeler and taking her 39A along. When shooting paper I like the bolt rifles better than the lever guns. You are a lucky man... and I am not talking about the gun collections!
Other than that, How was the show Mrs. Lincoln?

Is #2 front sight upside down? I was wondering the same thing. I'm assuming it is because it possibly interferes with the scope? Good catch, but no that's not an upside-down front sight. What you see there is the front sight mounting block for an aperture tunnel sight and with the sight dismounted. I have since removed the mounting block.

Alamo 308; I want to shoot .22s with you. Nice looking battery. What is the full length stock one (9 down)? Thanks, Moses. Let's go shooting anytime. Copied/edited from ArmsList.com: The Cooey Model 82 was a single shot bolt-action .22 caliber target rifle used in training Canadian Army and RCAF cadets during WWII. Large quantities later became available on the civilian market after the war as military surplus. Well regarded for its durability and reliability, particularly in the harsh environment of the Canadian winter, a Model 82 in good-to-excellent condition can fetch as high as $300-$400.
