Yep. Phenomenal finish and he didn't succumb to the pressure. Glad Mickleson finished second. Tiger finished 17th. There's a new Sherrif in town, and his name is Jordan Spieth!!!

Didn't Mickleson tie with Rose for the 2nd/3rd place. Both were 14 under.

Congrats to Jordan Speith!

I was pulling for him. I think he will make a great champion in the future, if he keeps his head on straight. He handles himself well both on and off the golf course.

Maybe Tiger can mentor him on life issues and keeping his head straight... cool

I also learned where Tiger got his name(s)... Woods, Sands, Waters, Out of bounds, hazard...

I do believe that Swedish X of his just beat the golf out of his ass with that 3 iron. She beat ALL the game out of him... LOL

They took the color tint off of him today as he got as much TV time as the winner... Looks like a regular old Smokey Joe now..

Well, as usual, I was pulling for Lefty. But, Spieth played a great tournament - looked like he has all the important shots, was fully focused and does not have bad nerve in his carcass. I hope he can sustain that for a while.

I was pulling for Mickelson as well, but I couldn't keep from rooting for Spieth!
He handled the pressure really well, and played with class and dignity. Seems to have all the right shots and his head on straight.

Tiger WHO ??? cool

He was impressive. It was really impressive that he didn't just play great and blow away the field. No, there were lots of low scores out there and the game's best players put up some really good numbers and came at him hard...and he matched them and pushed it up whenever they made a move. Rose and Mickleson played awesome today and did all they could. If Spieth had faltered in the slightest, they would have eaten him for lunch...but he didn't. It was really something to see.

What impressed me the most about Spieth, was the way he handled the pressure today. I just can't imagine the pressure at his age being that far in the lead in the final round! In his post win interview, he said he didn't sleep a wink last night!
