What low shoes are you guys liking?
I am looking for a running or trail shoe that breathes well but is still resistant to prickly pears and the like.
I love my new balance but the cactus are hell on em. I would use these on fair weather hunts. Wyoming pronghorn and the like.

I like Scarpa Zen . I don't run in them. I"m not sure how resistant they are to prickly pears but some lightweight gators help keeping debris out.

I like the north face hedgehog goretex. They have changed them since I bought mine, but they do well hiking and mtn. biking. I don't run in them so I can't comment on that. I had a pair of TNF Ultra trail runners I liked, but I like the hedgehog better for hiking.

I'm giving the Salomon XA Pro a try after continued success with the taller Salomon Quest 4D.
So far, so good.
