Just picked up this DVD as it claimed to have some footage from the late 60's, 70's up through Jack's hunt in 1997. Most of the hunting in the 60's and 70's footage appeared to "staged" for the camera (for footage of the stalk), but early footage of the Argalis and Ibex is very good. The star of the disc, though, appears to be Mongolia and the stunning scenery of the Gobi and Altai mountains.

I don't watch many hunting videos or shows (though I do like "Dangerous Game" on the OLN), most just aren't very good, are egotistic or are product endorsements thinly veiled as hunting footage. But this DVD is done very well and I really enjoyed it. I think anyone who is interested in sheep hunting, especially in international hunts would enjoy it.
