That's pretty high, IMHO. He's already considering it as collector goods, as they don't make them any more. You'll find them around $1,500, perhaps more for a 416 Rigby or 458 Lott.

High, and they are not yet collector pieces. Moreover, in .375, they are pretty heavy (about right in the heavier calibers, IMO).

Biebs is right, the 416 is more valuable than the 375 and sells for less than $2000. I'd pay $1500 for a 416 Rigby or 458 WN but it's high for a 375 it's just too heavy for what it is.
