the kenyan's plan is that when the NORKS finally need dealing with, America won't be able to deal with them.

When I look at Military/Defense spending by the USA in $Billions and %of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) compared to other countries, it's difficult for me to call the efforts of our leaders "limp wristed". How much more should we spend to be "strong wristed"?
China and Russia combined spend about half of what the USA is spending. The rest on the list appear to be allies. North Korea's Defense spending is about number 36.

In most cases they go hand in hand. Even Powell is a Obama supporter. Don't fool yourself, what % of blacks voted for Obama in the last election, very high. If anyone will take a order from him the chances are high being black raise odds.

Maybe you forgot. United States has been the world's police department. We have helped helpless countries defend themselves and then returned them to their own governments. We may not be able to do that in the future.
