If you have a hormone crazed 14 year old boy and tell him he can't have any contact with the outside world and that when he does date he'll be escorted by his parents who won't let him touch the girl until he's married.....
And then you stick him in a house full of boobies, odds are that some of those boobies are gonna get touched, regardless of who they belong to.

It's unfortunate since I repeatedly raped myself at age 14, but I never told and was never prosecuted....
