It seems like I recall some discussions regarding needing a slightly longer LOP for these stocks, as opposed to what a person might require for a standard sporter-style handle. I generally like a 13 1/4 to maybe 13 1/8 LOP on my sporters and am looking at possibly buying an existing A-series stock at 13 1/2. The last A-3 I had wore an adjustable system for LOP and I can't recall where I had it set. Any feedback?

Jpro: The A series with the vertical grip (A-5, A-4, A-3, A-2) require a slightly longer LOP to get your thumb out from under your nose. 1/4-3/8th ought to do it.

Would definitely add a little to your standard LOP & you may want to consider pushing the entire inlet forward also. For my trigger finger the trigger ends up too close to the first joint for my liking.
