Good condition or better. Normal use marks. Found it hard to find a used price (or even new) but will start at $945 shipped and insured. If I need a large correction here on the price let me know. I do see that the new "HD" models are going for 2k. Excellent size (medium), weight, and the optics, of course, are superb. For compare and contrast Cameralamd has demo Leica 8x32 Ultravid HDs at $1549.
Mine are not HDs as mentioned and have been used more than "demo use" but just with minor handling marks, etc. Optics of course don't change.
This is one of the best and handiest bino's I've had.
