McKinny is a suburb of Dallas. I can see a need for training, but that is everywhere. Most of these things can be avoided by making sure their are enough officers to handle the situation before you wade in. (No pun intended.)

I think that one cop has lost it. Maybe he's got good reason to have lost it. I don't know. But he's reached his limit and needs to find another line of work.

The girl was not the problem, it was the two guys that tried to get up behing his back and pulling the sidearm was justified from what I could see with all the BS happening across the country.

I'd say that grabbing a 14 Y O girl by the hair and throwing her down is a tad extreme for the crime of "running her mouth". Matter of fact, I doubt that the cop is gonna look back on it as one of his finest moments.

Texas never experienced the rich diversity of a good, wholesome riot back in the 1960's. That really bothers the commies and social organizers. Texas was also part of the Confederacy, that grudge will never go away in some quarters.

This is rapidly shaping up as a way to stick it to Texas and see if a Baltimore/Ferguson can be pulled off here. That line of thinking will only lead to a national tragedy, Texans won't let their property be torched if the cops let a rioting mob get up a head of steam.

I hope cooler heads prevail and needless violence is averted.

10 feet for one that is in a "tizzy"... they are dangerous to say the least and should be handled "forcefully".
Should be Charged with Obstruction, jailed, tried, sentenced and fined. Imo

so many of these incidents seem to revolve around one thing. Police gives an order, the order is not followed, reactions on both sides escalate.
Always winds up in disaster. Seems like obeying the police is a behavior on it's way out.

Seems like many Teenagers today think that they don't have to obey anybody..It seems they've had in them they have "rights" which they interpret as the right to behave as they wish when they wish..
